By accessing or using this Website, purchasing a membership, or participating in any Studio Siwa services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). 1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website. 

2. ACCOUNTS & ACCESS

To access certain features, including memberships, live classes, replays, and community content, you must create an account and purchase a subscription/membership.

Each membership is strictly for one individual user.
Account sharing, link sharing, or replay distribution is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

3. MEMBERSHIPS, BILLING & PAYMENTS

Studio Siwa memberships are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. 

  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

  • Pricing and membership features are subject to change

  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials, class links, or content with any third party

  • Record, copy, screen-capture, reproduce, or distribute any Studio Siwa content

  • Use the Website for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes

  • Attempt to bypass security features or access restricted areas

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website—including videos, choreography, audio, branding, logos, graphics, text, and designs—is the exclusive property of Studio Siwa and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access content for personal use only.

6. LIVE CLASSES & CONTENT AVAILABILITY

Live classes, replays, schedules, instructors, and content offerings may change at any time. Studio Siwa does not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific content availability.

7. COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Studio Siwa is committed to maintaining a positive, inclusive environment. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the community and Website without refund.

8. HEALTH & FITNESS DISCLAIMER

Participation in dance and physical activity involves inherent risks. You acknowledge that you are responsible for determining your physical ability to participate safely.

Studio Siwa is not responsible for any injuries, health conditions, or damages resulting from your participation.

Consult a physician before starting any fitness or dance program.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Website at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Website and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Studio Siwa makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability.
